Education: Graduate Engineer/Diploma Engineer
Experience: 2-4 yrs
Must Haves – Servicing of Payment HSM (Hardness Solution Model), BFSI Sector only.
Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of products to generate service revenues from allocated customers thru AMC / CMC, repairs and service and spare parts sales to achieving financial targets.
Provide customer service on a 24 X 7 basis whenever required
To provide application support and technical expertise to demonstrate the functions of product as per customer needs
To have good ability to trouble shoot, analyze and diagnose problems in products
Ability to repair the products in a time bound manner
Ability to understand customer needs and respond to them
Preparation, submission and tracking of maintenance contracts
Assist sales activities through product demonstrations/clarifications
Timely planning of inventory. Timely submission of spare parts quotation and coordinate with customer and commercial team for dispatch
Management and Timely submission of service and MIS reports
Timely collection of dues
Improve the knowledge base and skills by attending technical and behavioral training.
