Key Deliverables for this position
- Responsible to bring the new businesses, and concentrate on growth and profit for the Line of Business.
- Working knowledge of terms of payment, Works Contract Act, Understanding and responding to Tenders.
- Maintain and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to effectively manage and streamline customer interactions, sales processes, and relevant data.
- Book orders from the customers and involved in the complete documentation for process.
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle process.
- Responsible for creation of reference customers and documenting used cases.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential new dealers, strategically targeting and capturing untapped market territories that have not yet been explored or covered.
- Ensuring that every engagement with customers and stake holders is used to build the trust.
